Ordinary Magnesia (Dead Burnt Magnesite, DBM 87-93%)

Technics:Ordinary magnesia uses magnesite ore (the content of MgO is 46% min.) as raw material, metallurgical coke as fuel and is calcined in calcining kiln to finish.
Application:It is used to produce ordinary magnesia bricks, magnesia-alumina bricks, magnesia-chrome bricks and gunning mix, hot repairing material for convertor, EAF.

High Purity Magnesia (MGO 96%-98%)

Technics:High purity magnesia uses natural super magnesite ore as raw material and is finished through the process of flotation separation, purification, light burned, comminuting, briquetting, being calcined in the super-high temperature oil-fired shaft kiln. It has the features such as high purity, excellent mineral composition(CaO/SiO2>2), dense texture.

Application:It is a sort of excellent raw material for making bricks and unshaped refractory materials

Medium Grade Magnesia (MGO 94%-96%)

Technics:Medium grade magnesia uses caustic calcined magnesite (the content of MgO is 97% min.) as raw material and is finished through the process of briquetting, being calcined in the high temperature vertical kiln etc. It has the features such as good degree of sintering, dense crystal.

Application:It is used to produce medium grade magnesia bricks, magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, medium grade magnesia-chrome bricks, gunning mix for convertor and EAF, repairing materials for BOF, tundish spraying material and insulating plate etc.
